During the ten years of Recycle-IT! Ltd the company received many awards and recognitions including:
- In May 2004 Recycle-IT! was the first ever not-for-profit recipient of the Service Company of the Year Award at the UK Trade & Investment London Region’s Passport to Export Awards
- In November 2003 the company was short-listed in the categories of “Best New Exporter” and “Against All Odds” at the International Business Awards organised by UK Trade & Investment
- In June 2003 the company became a participant in the Inside UK Enterprise (IUKE) which allowed other companies to visit and learn first had how companies such as Recycle-IT! confronted business challenges and achieved success. After hosting only one visit the company was Runner Up of the Best Social Enterprise Host Category
- In the Business In The Company (BITC) East of England Awards for Excellence 2003 Recycle-IT! received The Sieff Award which is awarded to organisations that have best collaborated with business to benefit society and in the BITC National Awards for Excellence the company won The National Sieff Award 2003
- In December 2002 the company received a commendation from Remploy for “recognising the value of a diverse workforce" and is displaying commendable practice in the employment and development of disabled people
- At the end of 2001 the company won the 2001 Enterprising Solutions Award organised by NatWest and Directory of Social Change
- Also at the 2001 Report Back Seminar & 10th Anniversary Celebration of The Prince of Wales’s Seeing is Believing Programme the company was featured as an example of action.
